WALNUT RIDGE, AR — Douglas Quikut has changed its company name to Ginsu® Brands, celebrating the iconic cutlery for which it is known. Ginsu Brands continues as a Scott Fetzer Company.

One of the best-known brands in housewares, Ginsu® has come a long way, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and value. The line has expanded to over 150 SKUs, including knives, knife blocks and sets, and cutting boards.

“Our new company name and logo reflect our commitment to building the Ginsu brand. We have a strong management team — including Tim Wiener, Director of Marketing and Product Development, and Sarah Thielemier, Director of Sales — and we’ve been working on some exciting product and marketing initiatives,” said Jeffrey Griffin, President/General Manager of Ginsu Brands.

The Ginsu line includes easy, everyday essentials, forged gourmet knives, and professional cutlery, with an appealing range of colors and styles. Custom laser etching – including names, initials, logos, slogans and messages – can be added quickly at the product facility at Ginsu headquarters in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. Recent new products include Dishwasher Safe Cutlery, BioWood Cutlery, and the Huetopia Collection, with a rainbow of color choices and combinations.
